For brokers, accountants & advisors

Your clients in their sixties, whose business runs on them.

That is the only owner we work with: thirty or forty years in, genuinely profitable, and every decision still routes through one person. You know the ones — you would list them tomorrow if the owner weren't the product. The multiple suffers, due diligence drags, and deals fall over on things nobody ever wrote down. Send us that client and we get the business out of their head and onto the page, so what you list is an asset rather than a job.

Kira is an AI executive assistant that gets that out of their head — by talking to them while they work, not by asking them to sit down and document a business. You introduce the client; you earn while they stay.

See it before you refer anyone

Six screens, in Kira's own voice, on a real-shaped client: what they experience, what you see, what you never see, and what you get paid. No real business, no real data — and it reads fine with the sound off.

How it works

  1. 1

    You introduce a client

You send your own link, in your own words, to an owner you already act for. They open it and it is recorded as yours from that moment.

  2. 2

Kira does the part they never get to

She talks to them between jobs, captures how the business actually runs, and turns what is in their head into something documented and transferable.

  3. 3

    You watch it move

Your dashboard shows who signed up and how their valuation is tracking. Progress only — never their conversations.

  4. 4

    You get paid, monthly

10% of what they pay us, every month, for as long as they keep paying. On collected funds only — and because an owner is invoiced at the END of each month, for the month just gone, your first payment follows theirs.

  5. 5

Payments are switched off while we are in beta

Nothing is being collected from any owner yet, so nothing is being paid out yet either. Introductions made now are recorded and attributed to you from the first click, and they earn from the month billing is switched on. We would rather you knew that before you spent your name on it than found it out afterwards.

  6. 6

Privacy mode is on the roadmap, not built

Where this goes: Kira sits in the background and wakes on her name, with a pause the owner controls — and Kira offering it herself when a conversation is obviously private. Today she listens only when the owner opens a conversation. Your client is not being recorded in the background, and we would rather you heard that from us than have to ask.

The terms, plainly

Commission
10% of what the owner pays, monthly, on funds we have actually collected.
For how long
The life of their subscription. Five years of subscription is five years of commission.
Attribution
First-touch. Whoever introduced them is credited — not whoever they clicked last — and it cannot be quietly reassigned.
Paid to
You or your firm, whichever you nominate.
Cost to join
Nothing. No fee, no minimum, no exclusivity.
The one condition
You only send it to owners you already hold a current listing or engagement agreement with, and you tell them you are paid a commission.

Before you put your name on it

You are introducing a client you have acted for, sometimes for decades. These are the four questions we get asked before that happens, answered plainly.

If Kira tells my client something wrong, whose problem is that?

Ours to fix, and nobody’s to rely on as advice. Kira is not a licensed adviser and does not give financial, legal, tax or valuation advice. The valuation she produces is an indicative figure from the owner’s own self-reported numbers — it is labelled that way on the screen where it appears, in the document she exports, and in the terms your client accepts at signup. It is a conversation-starter for the work you do, not a substitute for it. Nothing she produces displaces your engagement or your professional judgement.

How that is enforced: Indicative-not-appraisal wording appears at the point of display, in the exported document, and in the accepted terms — not only in the terms.

Two of my clients are competitors. Can anything cross between them?

No. Every owner’s conversations, memory and documents are isolated at the database row level and scoped to their own account — one owner’s data cannot be returned to another account by any path, including Kira herself. The isolation is enforced by the database, not by application code remembering to filter, which is the difference between a rule and a guarantee. Their data also stays on our own infrastructure; we do not hand the substance of their business to a third-party memory service.

How that is enforced: Row-level security on every table, keyed to the owner’s account; memory and documents stored in our own database rather than an external service.

If my client sells, retires or dies, does their information come out?

Yes, at any time and without asking us. The owner can export the whole Business Genome themselves in two forms: a handover document written for a buyer’s accountant to read cold, and the raw data in a form another system can read. Every entry is dated to the conversation in which the owner said it, so it reads as evidence rather than assertion. If they stop paying us, they keep it. An executor or a buyer’s adviser gets a document, not a negotiation with a vendor.

How that is enforced: Self-serve export in both a readable and a machine-readable form, each entry carrying the date it was stated; no export request, no retrieval fee, no lock-in.

Can I see what she told him?

No — and that is deliberate, because it is what makes your client willing to speak freely. You see whether they opened your link, whether they signed up, and how their valuation is moving. You never see their conversations, their transcripts, or anything Kira remembers about them. The boundary is built into what your dashboard can query, not a policy we promise to observe. Most of these owners have not yet told their own family they are thinking about selling; a referrer who could read the transcript would change what they say to her, and the whole product depends on them saying it.

How that is enforced: The introducer role can read referral status and valuation movement only; conversation content is outside what that role can query at all.

Questions advisors ask

What does the owner pay?+
There is no price list, and that is deliberate: Kira's monthly fee is set to the size of the value gap her valuation finds in that specific business — a small fraction of the uplift, per month. Your client sees their own figure at the end of the free 3-minute valuation, before any card. Run it yourself on a business you know and you'll see exactly what they see. They are never invoiced for the month they are in — each month is billed once it has finished — and they can cancel any time. All prices are quoted excluding GST (or the equivalent tax where your client is based).
What do I actually get paid?+
10% of what each owner you introduce pays us, every month, for as long as they keep paying. Not a one-off finder's fee — while the subscription runs, you earn on it. Commission follows collection: an owner's first month is invoiced once it has finished, so your first payment follows theirs.
When and how am I paid?+
Monthly, on money actually collected — never on invoices we haven't been paid for. You get a statement each month showing which owners it relates to. We can pay you personally or your firm, whichever you nominate.
How long does the commission last?+
For the life of that owner's subscription. If they stay five years, you earn for five years. If they cancel, it stops.
What if the owner comes back later through someone else?+
They stay yours. Attribution is first-touch: whoever introduced them is credited, not whoever they happened to click last. It's recorded when they first open your link and it cannot be quietly reassigned afterwards.
If Kira tells my client something wrong, whose problem is that?+
Ours to fix, and nobody's to rely on as advice. Kira is not a licensed adviser and gives no financial, legal, tax or valuation advice. The valuation is an indicative figure from your client's own self-reported numbers, and it says so on the screen, in the exported document, and in the terms they accept. It starts the conversation you are having with them; it does not replace your judgement or your engagement.
Two of my clients are competitors. Can anything cross between them?+
No. Each owner's conversations, memory and documents are isolated at the database row level and scoped to their own account — enforced by the database rather than by code remembering to filter, which is the difference between a rule and a guarantee. Their information also stays on our own infrastructure; the substance of their business is not handed to a third-party memory service.
If my client sells, retires or dies, does their information come out?+
Yes, at any time, without asking us. They can export the whole Business Genome themselves — a handover document a buyer's accountant can read cold, and the raw data in a form another system can read. Every entry is dated to the conversation the owner said it in, so it reads as evidence rather than assertion. If they stop paying us, they keep it.
What can I see about my clients?+
Whether they've opened your link, whether they've signed up, and how their business valuation is moving. You will never see their conversations with Kira, their transcripts, or anything she remembers about them. That boundary is built into the system, not a policy we promise to follow.
Who do I send it to?+
Owners you already act for — clients with a current listing or engagement agreement with you. Not cold lists. That is the one condition of being in the channel, and you confirm it when you join.
Do you email my clients?+
No. You introduce them, in your own words, from your own email. We never contact your clients to sell around you, and we never email them on your behalf. Once they're a customer we email them about their own account — receipts, their free month ending — as you'd expect.
Do I have to tell them I get paid?+
Yes, and it's a condition of joining. It's a small thing to say and it protects the relationship you have with them.
Why would I introduce them at all?+
Because an owner whose business is documented, systemised and running without them in the middle of it is a business you can actually sell — at a better multiple, with a shorter due diligence and fewer deals falling over. Kira does the part your clients never get around to. You see the valuation move on your dashboard.
What does it cost me?+
Nothing. There is no fee to join and no minimum. If you never send anyone, nothing happens.
